Microsoft Excel can be a powerful tool to help you understand your business better and make data driven decisions. This workshop will show you how directly reuse your accounting system data and add your knowledge to predict the future of your business.
Very basic familiarity with Excel is a prerequisite, but all techniques and calculations will be fully explained. We will show you how to export your data from your accounting system to use in Excel. You will be able to forecast Profit & Loss and a basic cash flow.
Part 1 Jan 19th – Getting accounting data and making corrections to prepare the model
Part 2 Jan 26th– Create the forecast and analyze the result
