SCORE Workshop: Understanding Your Business Using Excel

Microsoft Excel can be a powerful tool to help you model your business that, in turn, lets you make predictions and decisions to ensure success. This workshop will show you how to use Excel to collect your financials/cash flow and do basic projections to make sure that your business is ready for business peaks and valleys [especially important in our local marketplace where a lot of business depends on “snowbirds”].

Basic familiarity with Excel is a pre-requisite for this workshop. The workshop will show how to export data from an accounting package into Excel and then use the data to make projections. Examples will be handed out to help you when you get back to your office.

There is a registration fee of $25 for this workshop but you can bring one guest for free.
