Leasing Consultant

Cagan Managenment Group, Inc. hiring an outgoing, organized Leasing Consultant to join our team at two well-maintained apartment communities in Lake County: Atwater in Tavares and Bristol Park/Bristol Lakes in Mount Dora. You'll be the first impression for every prospective resident — giving tours, answering questions, processing applications, and helping people find their next home. What You'll Do

• Greet and tour prospective residents through model and available apartments
• Follow up with every lead via phone, email, and text — promptly and consistently
• Process rental applications, run background and credit screenings, and verify income
• Prepare lease documents and conduct lease signings in full compliance with Fair Housing standards
• Coordinate move-ins to ensure a smooth experience for new residents
• Manage renewals and support resident retention initiatives
• Participate in marketing and outreach (resident events, local partnerships, social media)
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units
• Use property management software Yardi for daily tasks
• Address resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism

• 1+ year leasing, sales, hospitality, or strong customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-through — leads should never slip through the cracks
• Comfort with technology and quick to learn property management software
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws (or willingness to complete certification — we'll provide it)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
• Commissions available
