Food Preservation: Pickling
Presented By: Lori Johnson, Family & Consumer Science Agent Cost: $15 per person, seating is limited Time: 2-4 P.M. Hands on cooking class to learn about water bath canning, items that can be pickled and food safety. Each participant will make their own jar of Kosher Dill Pickles.
