Food Preservation: Pressure Canning
Food Preservation: Pressure Canning Led by Lori Johnson, Family & Consumer Science Agent Cost $15 per person, seating is limited 1-3:30 P.M. Hands-on cooking class to learn about the pressure canning process, foods that can be pressure canned and food safety. Each participant will make their own jar of canned green beans.
