Cardiovascular Associates of Lake County (CVA) was founded in Leesburg in 1992 by Dr. J. Henry Lesmes, M.D. Today, CVA is a regional medical practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease, with an array of specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac and vascular diseases.
